Vision Zero Webb Laredo Invites Community to Safe Streets and Roads for All Interactive Session

Laredo, [April 22, 2024] – Vision Zero Webb Laredo Safety Action Plan, an initiative dedicated to eliminating all traffic deaths and serious injuries, invites the community to participate in the Safe Streets and Roads for All Interactive Session. The event aims to receive input from the community for the Safety Action Plan, raise awareness about Vision Zero, and showcase the data collected about crashes, and who is most vulnerable to crashes in Webb County.

Date: Tuesday, April 23, 2024

Time: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Location: Joe A. Guerra Laredo Public Library, multipurpose room at 1120 E. Calton Road The Safe Streets and Roads for All Interactive Session will feature:

  • Graphic displays of crash data, who is most vulnerable, and why crashes happen in Webb County
  • Interactive activities for all
  • Food and drinks for

Vision Zero Webb Laredo believes that all traffic deaths and serious injuries are preventable and is committed to working with the community to achieve this goal. The event provides an opportunity for community members to learn about the initiative, provide feedback, and get involved in creating safer streets and roads for everyone.

Members of the media are invited to attend and cover the event. Interviews with Vision Zero Webb Laredo representatives and community members will be available upon request.
